Be Kicks is a 20 year old singer songwriter, originally from the South of Portugal. She moved to the UK at the age of 17 to chase her dreams in the music industry and has been living in London, whilst studying for her degree, over the last 3 three years.
She started uploading covers on her YouTube channel at the age of 15 and soon began to write her own songs. As well as a singer-songwriter, Be is also an actress and guitar player.
Having finished her degree and graduating in the summer of 2020, she released ‘’Still Breathing’’ on the 14th of August of the same year. “I'm Still Breathing” was conceived back in 2017, when Be first moved to London, later developing into a track about hope and determination, during the dark days of lockdown. Produced by Ed stokes, this was her debut single as an independent artist.
