Plongez-vous dans les années 30 et dans l'atmosphère puissante et énergique du swing. Impossible de ne pas taper du pied sur les notes rythmées du jazz américain (Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong), du swing italien (Paolo Conte, Carosone), et des morceaux contemporaines (Amy Winehouse, White Stripes) interprétés avec un style vintage surprenant. Gaia, notre chanteuse italienne, vous séduira avec sa vocalité puissante, à la fois douce et énergique, et vous fera voyager à travers une musique ensoleillée toute à découvrir. Le groupe aime se produit en Belgique, en France et en Europe autant sur des petites scènes intimes, que sur des grandes scènes et festivals (Paris, Soirées Folies, Festival swing de Chauny, et autres dates sur notre site à l'onglet concert dates). Autour de Gaia, nous retrouvons des musiciens professionnels, habitués de la scène belge et internationale: au piano Bertrand Lambrechts et Yannick Schyns, à la contrebasse Stefan Willems, à la batterie Tristan Patigny, au saxophone Franck Guetatra (bio sur notre site). Le groupe a une composition élastique et peut jour en trio, quartette ou quintette. La constante est le plaisir de partager note énergie avec le publique et l'envie de l'emporter avec nous dans un voyage musicale pulsant jusqu'à la dernière note: It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing!
