Dampende blues, classic rock tunes, oude soulklassiekers, je hoort het allemaal bij Taek, Blank & Frank. Deze 3 doorgewinterde muzikanten vormen al jaren de huisband voor de maandelijkse jamsessies in Cafe de Bakkersdochter in Sneek. Dit beviel zo goed dat ze besloten om als echte band door te gaan. En zo maakt dit trio sinds kort van menige avond een swingend feest met hun uitgekiende repertoire van oude klassiekers en recenter werk.

TBF zijn: Rob Taekema - zang en bas (bekend van o.a. Fruitcake), Johannes Blanksma - drums (ex Novo band, nu o.a. Roadhouse), en Herman Frank – gitaar (Roadhouse).

Ik heb enorm van jullie genoten op 13 mei bij de Nepal Benefiet avond in Aalsmeer. Jullie brengen met jullie 3-mans formatie heerlijke zwoele blues, afgewisseld met rauwe gitaarsounds. En daar komt jullie sympahtieke uitstraling op het podium nog bij. Dubbel sympathiek dat jullie dit optreden geheel vrijblijvend hebben gedaan om het project van Nepal Benefiet Aalsmeer te steunen. Mede dankzij jullie krijgen dorpelingen in een Nepalees bergdorpje water binnenkort. Veel dank!!!! Hoop jullie vaker te zien en horen in Aalsmeer. En, ach anders is Friesland ook niet zo ver!!
