TSG bestaat uit:Rob op Percussie, Foekje op Slaggitaar/ Zang, Ronald op Contrabas/ Zang en Evert Jan op Slide/ lapsteel Elektrische gitaar/ Zang. Rob komt uit de Funk, Foekje uit de Soul, Ronald uit de Rockabilly/ Country en Evert Jan uit de Beat en Surfmuziek.
Verschillende stijlen die samenkomen in onze nummers. Eigen werk en covers die te mooi zijn om vergeten te worden. Ons doel is plezier maken; voor onszelf en zeker voor het publiek!
We willen "Happy-Go-lucky" muziek maken, muziek waar wij zelf vrolijk, onstuimig of weemoedig van worden. Vette Bluesboogies, Rock'n'Roll & Outlaw Country! Lekkere liedjes waar je op kan dansen, slowen of springen!

Ik heb de eerste kennismaking met deze bandleden als zeer plezierig ervaren. Naast de muzikale vaardigheden ook erg fijne persoonlijkheden. Gemaakte afspraken zijn nagekomen en er was zelfs ruimte voor spontane inbreng door derden. Het muzikale optreden sloot perfect aan bij het feest en kwam van daar waar muziek vandaan hoort te komen..... vanuit het hart. Erg dankbaar voor hun bijdrage
The Shifting Gears hebben een fantastisch optreden neergezet op ons bedrijfsfeest in Westerbork, ook de communicatie verliep duidelijk en vlot! Absoluut een aanrader!
Hele leuke band, zeer professioneel en een heel mooi optreden, maken de juiste sfeer en een mooie mix aan muziek. Aanrader, komen bij ons zeker nog een keer terug!
