Bercady Banzouzi(19 December 1998), better known by his stage name Yung Mushi, is an African rapper from Cape Town, South Africa. He relocated to Europe in 2024 and partnered with Dj Danjahras to create a recording studio alongside fellow rapper producer Six Mezzo in March 2025, and released 4 singles " Living Real" produced by Pxcu Beats from Italy and mastered by Six Mezzo in July 2025, "Tryna get it and No Bullets" by Mxteo Beats and the last single "Exit" produced and mastered by Six Mezzo Beats in September 2025. His debut mixtape, TrapHouse Code is set to be released in 2026.
Bercady is born on December 19, 1998 in Brazzaville Congo from a Congolese mother from Kinshasa and a father from Brazzaville Congo. At 14 He moves to Cape Town, South Africa to pursue his studies and eventually fall in love with a hip hop culture from the Cape Town underground scene.
Yung Mushi is influenced by Gucci mane and Waka Flocka from the start and later on by the Chicago drill scene with Chief keef and Lil Durk which he discovered in late 2013. In 2017, he started listening more and more to Young Dolph and the Memphis Trap scene and has remain a big fan of the Tennessee Rap scene and he is really a big fan of Big Scarr.
Mushi is part of Fg Gang alongside Six Mezzo, a group created in 2015 and they produced beats with the help of Six Mezzo and sold to other fellow rappers in Elsie's river area where they been originated from. In 2018 He travelled back to Congo where he created a recording studio to help the Congolese rap scene to emerge.
Bercady was incarcerated in 2023 by the Congolese government for being involved and affiliated in Protest against the Congolese government by joining the Activist group "Ras Le Bol" in 2018 and was actively protesting against the government policies for not doing a lot for the youth.
He tried to return to Cape Town in 2022 but the Gang war between the 26 and 28 in his area and some conflicts of interest in Elsie's river where he is part of was still hectic and decided to relocate in Europe for safety reasons after escaping from the unknown clinic he was put on by the government in 2023.
